Ken Davis
CEO / Owner
Ken started EMSRx in 2011 to fill a hole he noticed in EMS. One place that could provide full-service Quality Assurance software and support, Medical Direction, and Education all wrapped up in one bundle.
Ken has been in EMS since 1991 and has experience in both ground and Air Medical operations. Prior to venturing out on his own Ken had worked in both quality and education for a large air medical provider.

Passionate and committed to providing the best Out of Hospital Critical Care and Emergency Medicine. Dedicated to advancing Out of Hospital care through education, advocacy, and crew/patient safety. Special interest in advancing airway management safety and Wilderness Medicine. Enjoy working and learning in the field as a team with all the dedicated Emergency Medical Services (EMS) professionals. Double board certified in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services by the American board of Emergency Medicine. Fellowship trained in Emergency Medical Services and Wilderness Medicine.

Clarissa Aguirre started as an Administrative Assistant EMSRx in 2020. Clarissa specializes in customer service with more than 5 years of experience.Clarissa is inspired daily by her husband Joel and their two daughters.."
Charlie Nolen
COO
Charlie started his EMS career is 1998 as a volunteer, then as a professional fire fighter/paramedic until he began his HEMS career in 2009. Charlie has served as and educator, QA manager and in multiple operation positions. Charlie has also served in safety leadership positions and is a Human Performance – Practitioner.
Joey Loehner
Director of Quality Management
Joey comes to EMSRx with a very diverse background in EMS. He is Paramedic/RN, and currently holds his FP-C and C-NPT. His leadership background is in Special Event Management, Quality Improvement, and Clinical Education. He has managed small and large teams at multiple organizations, all while flying full time. He has a passion for Prehospital Medicine and solving dynamic problems.
